Remembering lots of different passwords for all the sites you visit can become tedious and just too hard. Well now you can use your Facebook login to access your Bunnycup Embroidery account. With just one click you are automatically logged straight in to see your past orders or wish list.
No problem as long as the email address used by your Facebook account is the same as the email address used by your Bunnycup Embroidery account then your accounts will be automatically linked. If they are different then we suggest changing your Bunnycup Embroidery account to the same email address as your Facebook account.
When you place an order with Bunnycup Embroidery or create a Bunnycup Embroidery account your email address is used to identify you. Sometimes your email address changes and you want to update it. To do this login to your Bunnycup Account and select Change Email Address from the My Account menu. There you will be able to enter and confirm your new email address. All orders attached to your old email will be updated to the new one. From now on you can use your new email address to log in to Club Bunnycup or matching Facebook Account.
If you have made a number of orders over time with different email addresses then you will want to consolidate your emails. This will bring all the different embroidery design orders from different email addresses into one account. To do this log in to your Bunnycup Embroidery account using the email address that you want to consolidate all of your orders into. From the My Account menu select Consolidate Emails. You can then enter the old email addresses you want to transfer orders from. If you still have access to your old email then you will be sent an email with a confirmation link. Clicking that will complete the process. If you don’t have access to the email address then you can complete the request and we will review it to transfer orders. Please allow up to 2 days for this process.
